Requirements for Adoption

We require that all our adopted dogs live indoors in a loving home environment. They must receive adequate exercise, proper nutrition and appropriate medical attention. We strongly recommend that all our adopted dogs go through some positive-type training with their new owners, except of course for our senior canines.

For reasons we consider to be obvious, we cannot guarantee the health of any dog we place. We make sure all dogs are spayed or neutered and are given a medical examination but we cannot do blood tests or x-rays or other expensive medical procedures.

We will adopt our German Shepherds outside of the province but all potential adopters must come to our centre to see the dogs and to meet with us in person. We do not ship dogs.

No meetings will be scheduled until our Adoption Questionnaire has been completed.

Once we have received your application, we will contact you. If you do not hear from us within a few days, contact us by email or phone (514-420-0101). Please note that there is an adoption fee.
