Terms and Conditions
  1. The Centre agrees to exercise due diligence and reasonable care, and to keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. All pets are handled or cared for by Centre staff without liability on Centre’s part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other pet(s) or property by said pet, or from other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

  2. Pet must be in good general health when dropped off for any service provided at or by the Centre. Should any pet become ill or seem to be in need of medical consideration, the Centre reserves the right to administer aid and/or use any available veterinarian. Any expenses so incurred shall be paid by the Owner of said pet in addition to other fees incurred for services provided at or by the Centre. The Centre reserves the right to refuse services or admittance to any dog.

  3. Owner agrees that balance owing for boarding will be charged to their credit card on or before the date their pet is checked into the Centre, and Owner shall remain liable for all charges incurred for the care and maintenance of the pet(s) listed on this contract. No pet will be released until all charges are paid in full. Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Boarding cancellation fees will apply for reservations cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice.

  4. Owner understands that boarding check-out is by 11 a.m., otherwise charges for an additional day will be incurred. No credit will be given for late arrival, early check-out or no-shows.

  5. Owner agrees that their pet may be videotaped and/or photographed the results of which would be for the sole purpose of illustrations on the Centre website.

    IMPORTANT: A $50 FEE PER DOG WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE.
