Every dog in our care is housed in a crate reserved for his use. This helps keep up housebreaking routines and keep the facility sparkling clean since dogs are taken out for walks for elimination. We keep the dogs quiet and this, when added to play and exercise times, ensures that they remain calm and eat and sleep well.

Your dog will never be left alone. There is a staff member on duty 24 hours a day without exception. He will get 5 walks each day and play with other dogs or human dog lovers, whichever he prefers, at least twice each day.

We will feed him the food you bring for him and follow any special dietary requests you may have including feeding natural or raw foods. All drinking water for the dogs is filtered. Any medications required will be administered at no extra charge.

We also have pick-up and delivery service available. Fees vary depending on distance so please ask us about this service when you reserve.

(Good for a maximum of two daycare days. Boarding reservation must be booked.)

Speed Up the Check-In Process

Once you have made your reservation, please fill out our Boarding Informatio Form so we can prepare your dog's personal file and chart. You can also receive the necessary forms by email if you prefer.

Boarding Rates (All prices include taxes)

Standard Service:
$27/day
$25/additional dogs, same family

24-hour supervision with 4 walks and 2 play/exercise sessions per day.
Constant care from our attentive, dog-loving staff and a staff member stays with the dogs overnight.
Puppy Program:
(For puppies up to 20 wks of age)
$32/day
Extra care is given to maintain your puppy’s socialization and his
housebreaking routine. Additional feedings and walks as required.
Blue Ribbon Service:
Additional $12/day

Full daycare service, including two extra play/exercise sessions.

All reservations require a 50% deposit (minimum $50) and a credit card number on file.
All fees will be charged before check-in.
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
Late cancellation fee: $50 per dog

Frequently Asked Questions (Boarding):

Why can’t I always reach you by phone?
We have trained staff on duty 24 hours/day, but they do not answer the phone. Their only concern is the care of the dogs. Lise and Elizabeth (owners of Blue Ribbon) are the only people who answer or return calls made to the Centre. Answering calls during normal office hours is usually not a problem. Evenings and weekends are a different story. The owners are often teaching classes in the evenings, and weekends are reserved for special doggie events or some rare and precious personal time. We will be happy to return all phone calls as soon as we can, so please leave us a message.

What are your opening hours?
Our hours for check-in and check-out are between 7 am and 8 pm every day, including weekends and holidays. Even though a staff member is on location 24 hours a day, there has to be a curfew so the dogs can settle down for the night. We ask all our customers that dogs not check in or out outside those hours.

Why do you need my credit card number when I reserve?
Our trained staff is very busy taking care of the dogs so it is easier for everyone if your dog’s reservation, invoicing and payments are taken care of ahead of time. Also, should there be any added expenses such as grooming, medical attention or an extended stay, all charges can be billed to your credit card with no extra fuss.

Why was I charged for an extra night of boarding?
The boarding is run like a hotel; check-out time is 11 am. If your dog checked out after 11 am, you will be charged for an additional day. The staff must have time to disinfect and prepare any vacated enclosures for the next occupant’s arrival.

Why is there a $50 cancellation fee if I cancel less than two weeks before the reservation date?
There are two reasons for our cancellation fee. 1 – Preparations for your dog’s stay begin the moment you make his reservation: your dog’s enclosure is selected, a personal chart is prepared for his daily activities, the invoicing is started. All the information is entered into a special computer program as well as into a written log. 2 – If you are canceling that close to the reservation date, chances are we had to turn someone away because we had no more room. It would simply be bad for business not to charge for late cancellations.

I picked my dog up one day early. Why didn’t I get a refund?
We can only give refunds if we are advised of a change in the reservation at least 48 hours before check-in. Last minute changes do not allow us to fill the empty spaces left by a dog’s late arrival or early pick-up.
